We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy carefully before requesting a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Custom-made, commissioned, or personalized artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend using a professional courier with proper packaging and insurance
- The customer is fully responsible for the artwork until it safely arrives back at our location
- Any damage during return shipping will make the item ineligible for a refund
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which covers handling, inspection, and administrative costs.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days
- Original shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom or made-to-order artworks
- Items damaged due to improper return packaging
- Items returned without prior authorization
