We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy carefully before requesting a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Custom-made, commissioned, or personalized artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We strongly recommend using a professional courier with proper packaging and insurance
  • The customer is fully responsible for the artwork until it safely arrives back at our location
  • Any damage during return shipping will make the item ineligible for a refund

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which covers handling, inspection, and administrative costs.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days
  • Original shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order artworks
  • Items damaged due to improper return packaging
  • Items returned without prior authorization
